What The Heck Is It?

YIPPEE™ Teens & 20s is a Group Signing program for young adults (age 18 or older) to get basic incapacity documents like a financial power of attorney, a health care proxy, and a HIPAA Release.

Why Do I Need It?

If you get in an accident or get sick - your parents (or someone else you trust) can no longer easily access your medical records or financial accounts. 

As you head off to college or your gap year, make sure you've assigned someone you trust permission to talk to doctors and/or pay your bills should anything ever happen to you. 

Oh and, by the way, make sure that person also can gain access to your digital accounts (passwords, etc.) so that you can get help you need when you need it!  HINT - we have a cool way to make this possible without invading your current privacy!

2. Fill in your chosen people on the provided draft docs; and 

3. Show up to sign them.

*Warwick, NY Grad Gift Conditions:

1. Must be a current student or have graduated High School in Warwick, NY within the past year.

2. Must be at least 18 years of age.

4. Must be unmarried.

5. Total assets (without insurance) are under $50,000.

6. Must attend the signing date assigned. Anyone who misses their initial signing date may still attend a future scheduled signing and the regular $250 fee will apply.
